Good focus...wish the rule of thirds had the dog on the left so we see where he's looking rather then where he's been. Good Luck.

Interesting composition. Wondering why you chose to go with B&W when Flamingos are so colourful and people like to see that colour. I am not sure how you did your B&W conversion but some of the flamingos necks seem a little odd and devoid of detail.
