What a cool effect. I just love those wavy rays, and their blue/green tones. Like it was shot through some sort of glass or plastic, or with one of those pinhole cameras. Nice.

This is the side of a metal utility box with peeling paint. It was the "musical notes" that caught my attention. I don't know what they really are-some sort of markings painted on the metal- but they were attractive. For processing I did basic ps (curves, increase sat) and I did put it through topaz adjust. Thanks for the interest.
