	Gelato delicioso by paddles Comment by jmsetzler: The theme and composition of this photo are both excellent but the color cast is having a negative impact on the 'flavor' of this photo. You should also try to use the maximum size available to post photos to challenges. It makes it easier to enjoy the detail :)

If the shot doesn't look right, try some different white balance options, and use manual if you have to. Tasty subject though, although I don't like the look of the fried-egg flavour in the background. :) Oh, you could try some sharpening to give the image more impact.
