Great photo, tack sharp, clean lines. But I am not sure it screams high contrast. Maybe if you cropped to the black buildings and closer crop to the front of the buildings, you would have that blackness and then that fabulous swoosh of cloud that you could have dodged or highlighted.

A wonderful title that nudges one in a surprising, rewarding direction. I'll buy it.
Light and dark intermingle here not only in a straightforward tonal way, but also in consideration of waking and dreaming, or not dreaming, dancing on the edge. Conscious and unconscious play tag. Is that frost or clouds, under or above? The face is noncommital, it's just there, and we can't, it seems, know more.
Co-second favorite of the challenge.
