Hello from the Critique club..

The pose is interesting but the composition lets the photo down.
I can understand the challenges given this was shot from a vehicle.

The traffic cone spoils the shot as it draws the eye and keeps hold
of it!

The slightly off horizontal composition actually adds a dynamic to the
scene and works for me..
