You are correct! Like you said, I sacrificed everything for composition. And I think grain is sexy.

This is a fantastic shot. It creates a very mysterious mood. The mist obscuring the ground is just heavy enough that you can feel the air.

Nice picture, but I don't think the lines lead to the focal point. My eyes automatically go to the face and then follow the arms to the flowers...maybe the arms are the leading lines?
