When I first saw this I didn't get it, having gone back to it and also seeing it in thumbnail I understand it, but it is all too blury for me. IMO its looks better in thumbnail, strange.

What a great job of capturing light and smoke together, filtering through trees. Gives a feeling of depth, and a lot of movement in those lines. Might like to see it in a simple frame to help it pop.

Quiet and understated. Would have been a nice entry for the Minimalism challenge except for all that editing stuff. Sky has a nice flow to it.

I can see why you like this one. The side lighting is very original. The textures is makes in the trees and the range from white to black is very unique. I'd be almost tempted to make this a vertical panaromic format since I think some of the left side isn't helping the photo. This is the type of photo that gives me alot of ideas for my own shots. I like it!
