Comment by stphw:
The sky is too bright on the right. I like the reflection in the train window though.

I really like it - I gave you a good score. So very odd, though maybe a peyote button or agave in the foreground would have added that extra touch (I'm just kidding). Plus the best - we actually get to see what the mysterious Skewsme a 'la Colleen looks like!

Hmmm... and this picture relates to Pi ....how? The picture itself is a grand one. I love silhouette shots, but I don't understand why it is here. Sorry. (5)

Hmm. I like the 3-view and the juxtaposition with the modern airplane very much (I'm a private pilot). I'm not sure how skewsme fits in. I wonder if it'd work better with symbolic people, too, like skewsme under the 3-view and a stick figure under the modern plane?

Either way, this is a composition that would benefit greatly from hanging on a wall with a plaque next to it. DPC just isn't set up for deep contemplation and reflection on challenge entries.

I studied this for a long time when I first encountered it and I'm impressed by how you came up with turning the same image into 3 puzzle pieces out of which it recreates itself. I agree with JuliBloc that the one jarring note is that deeply saturated patch of green in the corner.

Certainly one that grabs my attention and urges me to sit and study it.
Very creative and under-rated in my opinion.

Sometimes, my son likes to sit beside me when I'm voting. When he saw this one, he got the whole single crack theme instantly. He's 7 1/2. I got it when he jumped up and ran his finger across the screen, saying "See? Coooool...". I'm back here now, looking for the 5th image ;)
