don't stop lookingby posthumousComment by yanko: The photo is a little bland looking and the foreground grass is too prominent, IMO. I think if the dog had some more fill light on it or dodged some in post it would work a little better. I do like the quote and you did a good job placing it against the darker background. |

roovin on a sunday afternoonby posthumousComment by colorcarnival: I find that score to be incredibly low. Even without the title, I easily get the impression that they are working on a roof. What I find funny is that it looks like the two on the right might be tethered together. So if one falls, at least he doesn't fall alone lol. I'm also curious about what they are putting on the roof. Interesting photo that should have scored higher. |

Les Fleurs Du Lumiereby posthumousComment by liberty: Nice colors, the tree above is almost too dark for the colors below, kinda makes it unbalanced, and also how the top is more blurred than the bottom, would have liked to see some brush strokes or some type of artist effect/filter. |

Prefigurement of Lossby posthumousComment by Charlene: The colors are spectacular and to me, their vivid nature is in stark contrast to her expression, which is... emotive. Lovely feel, great PP. |

Prefigurement of Lossby posthumousComment by krnodil: "The floor was sufficiently blue" would have made for a good title. :) The artist that this work reminds me of is on the tip of my tongue and I just can't get to it - I think this is brilliantly done. A bit fauvist, too, maybe... Love those big blocks of rich color. That you took an ordinary photograph (some would use the slur "snapshot") and thought to turn it into this fantastic study of color and form is stunning. Would expect to see something just like this hanging on a wall at MOMA. |

Prefigurement of Lossby posthumousComment by JuliBoc: I like the simplicity of this. It's interesting that you removed the detail and texture from the woman, while maintaining it in the sofa and rug. |
