Loneby skewsmeComment by JuliBoc: Skewsme, this got a very good score, but not as good as it deserved! I gave it a 9, only reason I didn't make it 10 because of the forest floor seemed too sharp. I really think this deserved a ribbon, it should be right up there with the fox. This is the most natural looking wildlife shot in the challenge. |

Loneby skewsmeComment by xianart: a very nice image indeed. the sense of menace is palpable. the colours here work really well. if the bottom left foreground were only slightly darker, that would help to bring the viewer's eye to the wolf with more power and directness.

Loneby skewsmeComment by Melethia: Preserve or not, you definitely captured the "wild" essence of this beast in my opinion. And what a gorgeous animal it is, too. Also kinda neat the way that branch curves to reflect the curve of the wolf's back and hindquarters. |
