looks like the it worked to me. the angle of the light really brought out the green Knuckles eyes. especially the right eye.

I think this is really underrated. I gave it a much higher score. I love the colors and simplicity of the lines. It has a look of a cat praying, which could be interpreted in a multitude of ways. I also really like how the whiskers disappear into the white, then reappear on the shutter. Excellent shot IMO - don't let the score get you down!

I like the idea and the composition, but I think it would be more effective if the shadows were darker, especially on the cat. The gold is a lovely effect, but the brown makes it.... glary? :)

What is being reflected in the glass at the bottom? It is kind of destracting. Nice use of colors here though and asymmetrical balance.

Heh, very cute and creatively done! Reminds me of some of the works of the italian painter, Giuseppe Arcimboldo 1527- 1593. This little man is made up of all sorts of veggies. My critique lies in the lighting. I appears too dark on my screen. Portions of the Dunce fade into shadow such that some of the outlines of the individual vegetables get lost in the shadows. Either more lighting was needed to better illuminate the vegetable man OR selective editing to either gamma correct or up the brightness/contrast levels.
