I'm surprised I didn't comment during voting, because it was one of my favorites in the challenge, and I gave it a high score. It's very spooky with that light in the upper room of an otherwise abandoned house. The title helps a lot to identify it as a crime scene.

Without the title, this picture really doesn't say crime scene to me. A shot should be able to stand on it's own merits to tell the story. Nice image though - the levels & tones are very nice.
