What a fantastic shot. I don't know why I've never noticed this before. I really like all the "vertical" in this image. The slats in both of the buildings, the weeds, the trees. Very nice.

Your framing of the shot is fine. The subject doesn't draw me in. Having the person somewhere else in frame, or doing something other than just standing there may help.
