I know, by normal DPC standards, where all the photography experts live, this shot is a terrible piece of crap. However, by the Bob Martuch standards, which don't mean much by the way, this is a very nice image. I really like the way the diagonal slant of the light over powers the image. This would not have been as nice without the processing to accentuate that feel. Good job colleen.

The rusted bike clearly shows abandonment and a rather artsy approach to it which is my tastes. I think that the vignetting is a little darker than I'd like to see it but, it's a great shot!

This is such an ironic shot. The location is so isolated, and the unhealthy looking woman standing under the vitamin sign holding high fat food is just so odd. I like the flat sky and the harsh light too. It all adds to the weirdness. Why is she just standing there like that? What is she waiting for? What is she looking at?

I really like the geometry and the low perspective. It really fills in the frame nicely and the toning is wonderful. At first I thought it might be better if there was more interaction with the subject and the viewer, but the more I look at it the more I like how is just perfectly perpendicular. She is the scene.
