cute picture, i think a more powerful lighting from the front would improve the shot and creat more defined catch lights in the eyes. But a good portrait anyway

I think there's a really good shot here but the picture looses a lot of impact with the hydrant right in the center.

I'd love to see this shot with the hydrant off center (think of the "rule of thirds") or maybe even in landscape as opposed to portrait.

Nice red. I wonder if it would be stronger if you got rid of the busy bricks and just had snow as the background. Or even a dog! ;)

Crisp and sharp but not throughout the image which is what i feel this type of picture needs to have - the lighting seems a little harsh and compositionally a little boring. great saturation though.
