Even though there were several of these sort of photos submitted, there were two that I really liked and this is one of them. I like how you changed the color to the sepia. It sort of gives it that camo feel.

Challenge met. Desaturating the colors worked very well here, and not just for hiding your Waldo. I'm sure this contains a lot of different colors in real life that could be competing against each other. This way, it has a little bit of an "old photo" feel about it that I like. Your lighting is very nice, and you have a good tonal range, too. I like the catchlights in everyone's eyes, and the frame works well, too. The only thing I can suggest is to look around the edges of your frame and see if you could have cropped better in some places. There's nothing glaring, but for example, there are some half cut-off eyes at the top of the frame. Having them in or out would be better. But this is nitpicky. I like your shot :)
