Thanks for the comments everyone. Regarding the composition, it was vertical initially, but I extended the Black in post. I felt the model still had enough attention, and this way it thumbnails better.

@tanguera: I'm not versed well enough in PS to uses tools like liquify, in fact I hadn't even heard of it until your comment. The effect is achieved by shooting wide and up close.

Very lovely, but there is something odd about her figure, like you used liquify and stretched her out. Perhaps it's the lens/perspective which is causing some foreshortening - but she's a bit odd-looking to me.
