This is an interesting memorial, and not one I have seen a photograph of before. I do feel that you could perhaps have made more of the subject, 'though. I would suggest that if you ever visit again, you zoom in closer - or better still physically move in closer; the grass that takes up the lower part of the frame doesn't add anything - all the ineterset is higher up. I like the shadows, and to my eyes, it is this that adds the most interest - by positioning yourself slightly further to the left you would have ben able to maximise on this potential.

Good perspective and like the way you have included the anchor at the bottom to show the title...But blown out sky and too many branches in the foreground is a distraction...shot is underexposed due to the sky! - 5

Nice picture for what you had to work with, but I'm afraid this is going to get seen as a dime a dozen in this challenge. Nothing gives it that extra "wow". The colors are pretty drab and the blown sky isn't good. 5
