I have a hard time saying anything about this shot as I find it neither good or bad, I do like the contrast but I dislike the composition, foreground way too attention grabbing for me and I find it hard to view beyond it to the backround.

This looks a little awkward to me. I think it is because there is too much foreground and not enough sky. I think you could have benefited from a little more depth in your focus or a focus point that is deeper into the shot. You have what looks like a path leading to an object that is not quite sharp but not quite background blurry if you know what I'm trying to say...

I'd like a bit more emphasis on the "storm" you mention. It is not extremely clear in the reflection (If the clouds reflect at all). That would create more interest. I still like it. 7
