the negative image on this does not work for me, nor does the small picture size. possibly a lower shot with a wider angle, which would show more of the Street and the bottom of the buildings would be a better POV. keep on shooting!

The size of you photo is really too small to see any detail. You should try to have your picture as close to the largest allowed size as possible. Many voters score pics very low if they are smaller then they should be. Per site rules "File Size: No larger than 150 KB (153,600 bytes).
Dimension: No dimension may be shorter than 160 pixels or longer than 640 pixels" Your dimensions are only 17,202 bytes and 213 x 183 pixels. Posting a larger photo on future challenges will greatly improve your score.

Too small...FYI: most pictures that are small don't do well on DPC because of the difficulty in seeing any detail.
