I think you are trying to combine a 2-second exposure to show the motion with a flash to show the details. It doesn't quite work for me. The on-camera flash lighting is harsh and overpowers the rest of the exposure.

This is a great capture. I would prefer a little less negative space on the left so would have changed the crop slightly, but this is still spot on for the challenge.

Interesting to do a critique on your image but it is difficult if you don't give us any information in your photographers comments. When we do a critique, we go past just the photographic result, that's what voters comments do. Love the concept. I think you had some problem compressing to the required size - or at least it appears that way, lots of noise visible on the shoe. Still ood enough to do well. Nice job.

Looks like people like the color black over the color white as mine scored just above yours! Though for some reason the other black scored last. Meh, I guess the 10x8 cropping of my black was more aesthetically pleasing.
