Jurassic ammonite fossilby mch_nzComment by Bruce_the_Robert: I like the subject matter here, but have trouble figuring out where I'm supposed to focus; some of this is depth of field that might have been broader, allowing for more of the shot to be in focus (as my eye wanders to the bottom and it goes out of focus, it loses something for me). Generally nice shot, though. |

On the grassby mch_nzComment by redpanda: Although the head is in focus, a big part of the body occupying large part of the picture is not. It is also unlucky that the bird is looking out from the frame. |
