So is this fear of Brigitte, perhaps Caligynephobia (fear of beautiful women) or Gynophobia (fear of women)? Or maybe Pnigophobia (fear of choking). I really don't know what the phobia is and can't say that it "Try to make the viewer feel the emotion of the fear."

Well, my wife didn't like this one so much (she felt the nudity was gratuitous). I did. I think the extended neck and the grasping of the sheet lend a feeling of the fear. The title might hammer you due to Challenge requirements, but I'm not going to vote you down for that. I assume it's a fear of hanging. The technicals and lighting are well done too. I give it an 8 which is one of the 4 highest scores in this challenge from me.

What is she scared of? She looks very relaxed and comfortable. I don't see any fear depicted in this image. Nice photo, though.
