1927 vs 2003by kenboComment by sniper: Perfect example of old and new. And even though the two items are very different in appearance, they seem to look quite comfortable together in this composition. Several similar photos to this were submitted but these items actually look very good together, whereas some of them were just a book and a palm pilot in the same picture |

1927 vs 2003by kenboComment by cosmic: This is a great concept, but I think maybe the shot would have been better if the laptop was on top of the book, then shot at a different angle? Just my two cents though. |

1927 vs 2003by kenboComment by vadvirag: Great subject! I wouldn't have cropped the bottom of the electronic dictionary, but I might have cropped a bit on the top, because the cover of the books leads my eyes to unused depths of the photo. The background could be better, black velvet would work well with the warm brown tones of the book and the silver metal of the electronic dictionary. I love old and beautiful books like this, and the photo coul dbe even more dramatic if it were a Longman dictionary, too. :-) |

1927 vs 2003by kenboComment by gloda: Cool book. I hope there's something inside :). Good idea, neat and sharp. There should be less dust on the black surface. 7. |
