Not sure what exactly you mean by dream school but the shot itself while the concept is well thought out since you have the forefront so out of focus I would hope the school would be sharp and clear, a more defined dream per say. The tower seems the sharpest point of the shot while the left of the school looks almost as out of focus as the fore front of the shot.
