I like this. It is simple and there is a good conection with the viewer through his eyes. His outfit and his necklace are different and coupled with the setting make me think there is a story behind this which is always a good thing. Some room for improvement: His hat could have been pushed up a bit, I hate in photos when things are really close to people's eyes. Also he seems a bit dark.

The elements look as though they were acting against you here, but you have produced a pleasing and 'different' landscape photograph despite the conditions. I would have preferred a slightly deeper depth of field so that the tree line was also in focus.

The yellow of the flowers really stands out from the rest of the photo. The mountains in the background are really cool. 8
