Abstract is: art in which the subject is represented by shapes and patterns rather than by a realistic likeness.

Your photo looks more like a 'stopped' motion than an abstract motion. Maybe if it wasn't so obvious a glass full of liquid it would have tricked me into liking it more. Maybe a tighter crop of only the part with the green would have fit the rules better. That's a very nice part.

I guess there is motion implied by capturing the liquid's motion at a point in time, but in my view this does not fit the challenge category very well
