I really like this as the water works really well with the soft focus. The bright green is a bit distracting, it pulls your attention away from the main subject.

Very clever but watch the healing brush around the edge of the hair. Try cloning at 70% opacity around that area and the join up to the top of the image. Then drop the opacity to 50% and then 25% to help conceal the evidence. 6 for creativity and effort.

this is a nice idea. anyway, if there is something I'd like to pick on it, it would be the wall at the back - it doesn't seem to serve a purpose. My preference would be to entirely remove it, or having something more interesting, like using an old building (example). nice work once again.
