Messynoodlesby MazkaComment by Artifacts: Composition and arrangement are fine. It is on the small size and voters typical give small images lower scores. They figure it is smaller to hide technical flaws. The dark meat might have been better contrasted with light colored chopsticks. The image is soft focused in a way that many reviewers with judge it a technical flaw. |

Messynoodlesby MazkaComment by Prof_Fate: Technically speaking, it is not in focus.
Aesthetically speaking, barf. Sorry, but the eg yolks are dried out, the brown stuff is?? i see off color onions and pickle parts - a less than thrilling combination (to me anyway). The lighting is poor in this photo. |

Messynoodlesby MazkaComment by pa_cuthbert: Messy noodles? I swear I see rice. It might have been better without the frame, or at least a different coloured frame. The picture is quite out of focus to me, but you know what? You picture makes me feel like eating it already. It's lacking a bit in the composition, could be because the wooden table doesn't allow the dish to contrast very well. The lighting is alright. So overall, this was given a 5 from me. |
