The bottle's reflection doesn't seem straight to me which bothers me, but I love the picture itself. Unique and simplistic. The lighting is very well execute and that's hard to do with reflective items! lol

I'm liking your concept here. I think your fake blood looks completely fake though. It's way too magenta. Perhaps pulling in more orange in post-process would have been better (and it would have complemented the blue nicely). I do commend you for stepping outside of the typical vodka bottle portrait. The blood and tooth definitely adds interest. The reflection is nice, though the blood reflection is pulling the viewer's eyes out of the image a bit. I like the vignette the back-light has generated; I think it adds a darker feel to your image.

I truly dont get this shot but as a photo 7... Maybe I would have rated it better if I understood the message and saw the relevance of the grossness of the scene with the drink that as far as I know should be a stately one..
