It's just that the eyes look a bit overprocessed... maybe I'm wrong but I believe I see artefacts of a selection area around them. Nice desaturation though, and lighting is very cool and dramatic. Great setup choice, and overall a nice portrait.

At first I thought the hand at the bottom was distracting and in a way I still do, but it does help clarify the pose (Iwouldn't have seen those were your legs otherwise, I think. Apart from being uncertain about the hand, I like the pose and the lighting and I like how you used the color in the eyes and jeans. Would have liked to see the head even more to the left. 6

Like this crop much better than the other one. Right side subjects with open space to the left are much more appealing to the eye as most of us start left and move right. Like the toning as well. Nice job.
