This cracks me up...not the photo itself...when I saw the thumbnail, I thought I was in for a real train wreck. But when I opened this I was blown away. Now I wonder what I thought I saw on the thumbnail the first time. Very well done!

Wow, what a great action shot that is quite different from the typical flying raptors! Look at all those ruffled and wet feathers! You captured such great detail in this nature shot. I have nothing to critique so I am simply going to take another moment to sit back and just enjoy looking at this wild bird trying to get dry. High marks!

I'm normally quite tired of seeing wildlife photos, mainly because they are usually zoo shots of pretty, perfectly groomed animals. I think that's why this one is an exception for me. The wet, ruffled bird just somehow really grabs me. :)

Stunning wildlife shot and the snow falling just creates that extra bit of atmosphere and reflects a bit of the harshness of enviroment but also the tenacity of these birds..Wild animals in general as well. Light on eye good. 7 Looking at us would have aded just that much more for me at leats
