Looks nice and peaceful, here's my 2 pennies worth, there is some granular noise in the sky that could be sorted with Noise Ninja etc, or on some cameras there is a custom setting for long exposure noise reduction. If you look closely there is some JPEG artifacting around the spires, check the histogram to see if it combing (lots of broken lines). Finally there is slight converging lines that can be sorted with the transform tool (however, not sure if this is allowed in basic editing).

the blue sky is nice. the cathedral doesn't seem to be tack sharp, and the composition could be a bit more exciting.

Would be better without the streetlights, but what can you do? You really don't need to say 'historic' in the title - tautological overkill. It's a magnificent looking place and the texture in this picture gives it poise and such. Holiness is apparent.
