	Motion in a Pan by vidar exposed Comment by Bruce_the_Robert: Really nice effect, but it conveys to me something more like electricity in the water than it does motion; one of the really good images I've seen this challenge that has good elements (good use of color, interesting to look at) but that doesn't really seem (to my eyes) to use the technique called for in the challenge.
