This feels like a snapshot to me in that there is a lot going on in the background and the little boy is visually overwhelmed by the playground equipment. Perhaps a tighter shot (and one without the gentleman's head) would give this leess of a 'family snapshot' feel. It is not a bad photo, just doesn't seem too very well planned.

The main subject is the girl but she's out of focus. I think this would be a stunning photo if it was made more intimate somehow.

Very nice. i like the line formed by the art in relation to the border of the photo. The lighting is bright but the surroundings softens it up.
The motion of the person adds a dynamic element.
