Well my first impression of your photograph is certainly a great one. The rotational symmetry, crisp focus and perfect colours all work together to make this a perfect image for the challenge and I'm not at all surprised that it landed itself in the top 90%.
You clearly know how to use your Olympus to achieve the best photograph possible and your low aperture and long shutter speed clearly paid off to allow for a stunning image with a perfect deep, blue sky and a golden ambient lighting.
As for your composition, there isn't a lot that could be improved. You did well to keep the photo completely level and manage to capture the tunnel from right in the centre as voters on DPC these days seem to really pick up on that kind of thing. It's a shame that some of the lights were out along the edges of the walkway, although that is hardly easy to change through means of your own so it certainly shouldn't limit your score. I think that I agree with some of the previous comments though when it comes to the street clutter at the base of the image. I think the road is fine and adds more of the geometrical imagery by running perpendicular to the bridge, but some of the buildings, especially the one(s) on the right distract the viewer slightly away from the subject. The street lamp just left of the bridge is also a shame, although it does cast that excellent shadow across the floor of the tunnel.
Overall, your photograph is certainly one of the best in this challenge and I'm surprised it didn't go further. However, you should be proud of such a beautiful image and of your ability to capture it in the best way.
Good Luck for all Future Competitions!
