for me this photo lacks interest. I like the building but can't figure out what I am suppose to be seeing. I translated your title as two neighbors so maybe you are showing the difference between the dirty side and the clean side of the building? I think its just too subtle.

4.9??! 143/157??! Thats ridiculous. While I cant say that this should be a ribbon winner, this photo is so much more going for it than a huge portion of the pics that scored higher. Having said that, me thinks the center portion of this photograph could use some work. I love the left and right sides of this image, the colors, tones, etc. I just wish that cruise ship wasn't visible- like maybe I would have just dodge'd it out completely, lol... anyway, underrated :P.
