To me this looks like you shot the photo in a water puddle then turned it to look like it was naturally that way or out of a water covered window.
It reminds me more more of a nightmare than day dreaming. The lightpole doesn't bring out day dreaming thoughts. This would be awesome if you used it for a challenge titled nightmares or fear.

This is a beautiful shot that I expect will get slaughtered in voting for being too abstract. Don't let them throw you. I say 9; would be a 10 except for the light spot in the upper left, which distracts.
