It's simply money that has been positioned and photographed. It shows very little knowledge of photography i.e. control of lighting (too much flash -- difuse your flash or use natural lighting), depth of focus, use of shadow and reflections, compostion (everything is centered vertically -- try just throwing the money down with one crumpled and then shoot it from 10 different angles).
