Of the three choices, I'd go with this one. Have a play around with saturation/desat, contrast and maybe a vignette?

The circular fisheye lens gives your photograph a good effect. Nice colors and lighting. However I think if you would of cropped the top and bottom so the the venting did not show in the picture, your effect would of been better. I know you would of lost the houses on the hill at top and part of the dock anchor at bottom but it would of made me focus on the reflections in the water more.
Still a nice shot.

The edges of the photo need to be cropped, otherwise it's a nice photo.
