Old Oak Tree at Dawnby getnoutsideComment by Count: I see what you were going for here but think it's slightly off. I don't get the "old" feeling from the picture without the title. Love the soft light though, a little contrast adjustment might have made this photo jump a little. Good job. |

Dear World........by getnoutsideComment by skewsme: I absolutely love your idea. Composition is fine. The picture looks a little dim and murky, particularly the sand. Perhaps some sharpening might help. I felt that you set this up well enough that the note near the shoe is not needed. Very creative take on the challenge, bravo. |

Dear World........by getnoutsideComment by GrayGhost: Interesting idea. Since "Footwear" is the challenge, more illumination on the shoes would be better - try fill flash and/or level adjustment to bring the shoes out of the darkness. |
