a little noisy but over nice shot, its nice to have the light on the water. gives it a difinition and makes it more than a void.

Nicely done, beautiful cityscape, love the dark blackness to the water with the colorful reflections of the red, green and yellows. Would have loved to seen more stars, but not much you could do about that. Overall well done and good luck
