Marvelous colours, but the rooms seems to be tilting towards the right. I love, absolutely love the right part of the photograph; the table/bardisk, the colours of the wall, the ceiling and whatever it is hanging from the ceiling, the stage and the steps. I think I would have cropped it somewhere in the middle, or maybe a little to the left from the midde.
But it is a shot with stunning colours, a beautiful room.

IMHO, just crop it tighter and get rid of the freespace above the shoulder and above the buckle of his jacket. The tighter crop will just have him looking out of the scene Great shot. . . GQ style. Oh, one more thing- get rid of the frame or make it very thin.
