I was just so very proud of myself, and this shot, so I am just so pleased I entered it into a challenge, and it did as well as this.
It may not look like perspective to many voters, but it definaltely is, when I studied "Perspective" at art colledge.
It is more the up-close and in your face type of "perspective".
Nearly all plants are formed with "perspective" lines, and shape.
Thank you everyone who added a comment, and also votes, as it is always very much appriciated.....

I was also pleased with this one in B/W as after uploading this image it came back with the little camera logo on it. It didn't have this when first uploading it when in color. I know it now means ir is suitable for a print.

For this one, I actually prefer the black and white version. The nice deep black and bright white of the feathers on their body really is much more striking than in the color one.

What an interesting composition! The lighting and exposure are perfect, and it's wonderfully sharp! I love the complimenting colors too! One of my favorites. . .and one I'm hoping is doing really well!!!!

Creative idea and it looks like it took a lot of time to assemble, my eye seems to go off the photo with the white grain going straight up. Perhaps angling it back into the frame would have moved the viewer's eye back in.
