I also like the high contrast and the use of borders. the shallow DOF shots like this are very difficult - Which part do I put in focus? - and I like the choice you have made |

Day 11 - Chain Linksby sherpetComment by Melethia: B&W is perfect for this, and the bokeh you've captured provides nice tone and depth to highlight the links. I actually quite like that the back of the links, not the front, is what is in crisp clear focus - it's refreshingly different from what is normally expected! |
