I agree with Joe - a nice shot. The skin tone on her far cheek is a little off and the red flowers lose a little detail, but essentially a nice capture.

As a photo this is superb. As an example of 'wildlife photography' it would be completely and utterly amazing. I am not sure, 'though - I am reasonably confident that this was taken in a zoo, which in my view would go against my understanding of the intent of the challenge. That said, I decided at the outset I would mark all photographs as if they were taken in the wild - I would absolutely hate to mark down a photo that I later discovered was a true wildlife shot.

I like this pic and gives a close intimate feel to the girl. It is very sharp and I like the shallow DoF to emphasize her. I also like the pouty lip. :) I also like the close crop. On the technical side I can see some artifacts perahps from a small files size. Especially in the OOF deck and and in some of the skin tone. Maybe upload a larger file and this would clear itself up.
