I really don't do flower shots...I went out shooting with my wife all day for this gold challange and took this as an afterthought. By the end of the day, this was the best I had, what can I say I'm new at this.

Anyway, you need some Dr Scholl on those and some strong antiperspirant. Compositionally it's adequate, but lacks strength - it's all a bit, well, just there in front of you. Just putting one foot in front of the other (excuse the pun) would have helped make the shot more dynamic. Good flames and exposure.
