At first I hated this...I thought it was really gross but after looking at all the other lemon shots, I liked this for the originality involved. Now I find it rather humorous. I'm not crazy about the reflection in the yolk but other than that this is a really well executed shot. I don't like the framing choice but I can't think of a better option right now...Maybe some color. I think I'd try a complimentary color...blue or perhaps a blue violet frame.

Great color, sharpness, contrast, white space. The thought of eating was the only negative aspect of this picture.

Seems washed out.. Instead of zesty, this seems bland. More contrast would have highlighted the difference in shades between the egg yolk and the lemon.
