Well, a tattoo. I gather right above the hip. I think that is part of the problem for me is I really have no point of reference. If that is lacy panties at the bottom I don't have quite enough of that to be sure. Additionally the noise is pretty distracting for me. I am sure it was done intentionally and was the look you were going for, but for me it takes away from the image for my taste.

Well, OK. The bedsheet pattern is really distracting and the highlights seem posterized. Your model is tilted and the crop seems odd.
