It's a bit hazy I think, I'm not sure if this is advanced or basic editing, but the screen/multiply combo in photoshop could clear up that haze.

i gave a comment on a person who took a photo similar to this one... you did a better job... but your problem of this shot is the sky is blending in with your building... so i cannot see the true blacks and the colors... your picture is flat and lack of contrast and overcast colors..... apart from that this picture is fine and recieves a fine grade from me
